# Confluence
The Confluence connection lets you sync pages from selected Confluence spaces into SeaTicket. Once synced, these pages are stored as structured documents in your project and can be searched, referenced, and viewed within SeaTicket
## Before you start
Make sure you have:
* Access to the Confluence workspace you want to sync.
* Permission to view the spaces you want to import.
* Permission to authorize third-party applications in Atlassian.
## Create a Confluence connection
### **Step 1. Select** Confluence **connection**
1. Open a project in SeaTicket.
2. Go to **Connections** from the left navigation menu.
3. Click **New connection** in the top-right corner.
4. Select **Confluence** under **Documents**, then click **Next**.
### Step 2. Authorize Confluence
Before syncing data, you need to authorize SeaTicket to access your Confluence account.
1. Click **Connect Confluence**.
2. You will be redirected to the Atlassian authorization page.
3. Sign in to your Atlassian account if required.
4. Review the requested permissions and click **Accept** to authorize the connection.
After authorization, you will be redirected back to SeaTicket and the status will change to Connected.
### **Step 3. Configure the connection**
Fill in the connection details:
| Field | Description |
| :---------------- | :-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Connection name | A custom name for this connection, for example Seafile FAQ. |
| Workspace | Select the Confluence workspace to sync. |
| Spaces (optional) | Select one or more spaces to sync. Leave this empty to sync all accessible spaces in the workspace. |
Click Submit to create the connection.
## After the Connection is Created
After creating the connection, SeaTicket will start syncing pages from the selected Confluence spaces.
You can view the sync status from the **Connections** page.
When synchronization is completed:
1. Open the connection.
2. Browse the synced Confluence pages.
3. Click a page title to view its content.
To run a manual sync later, click Sync now in the top-right corner.
## Viewing synced pages
Each synced Confluence page includes basic metadata, such as:
* Title
* Creator
* Last modifier
* Created time
* Last modified time
Click any page title to open the full page content inside SeaTicket.
* If no workspace is available, ensure that the authorized Atlassian account has access to at least one Confluence Cloud workspace.
* If some spaces are missing, ensure that the account has permission to view those spaces in Confluence.
