# External-Support-Portal

The Support Portal in SeaTicket is a customer-facing platform that enables external users to self-service support resources and interact directly with support teams.

With the Support Portal, external users can:

**Get instant help from AI-powered Chat** — Users can describe their problem in natural language, and the AI will search the knowledge base to suggest solutions.

**Submit and track issues** — Users can submit, track, update, and communicate on support issues through the centralized Issues interface.
