# Workspace Setup Overview

The Workspace is where all your work in SeaTicket lives. It is organized around **Projects** — the core unit where issues are collected, tracked, and resolved. Projects can be personal or shared inside a Group, giving teams the flexibility to work individually or collaboratively.

## Personal and Group Projects

SeaTicket supports two types of projects:

| Type | Description |
| :----------------- | :------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **My Projects** |

Created and managed by you individually.

Not shared with others.

Ideal for personal task tracking or private knowledge management.

|
| **Group Projects** |

Created within a Group.

Accessible to all group members.

Ideal for shared issue tracking, documentation, and support workflows.

    |

## What You Can Do Inside a Project

Within each project, you can:

* **Sync Multiple Sources** — Consolidate issues from GitHub, forums, emails, and more into one unified platform.
* **Manage Work Items** — Create, track, and resolve tickets whether they originate from external sources or internal discussions.
* **Build a Knowledge Base** — Organize and maintain knowledge records generated from resolved issues.
* **Leverage AI Assistance** — Use AI to summarize project data, analyze issues, identify what needs attention, and suggest next steps.
