The Discourse connection lets you integrate an external Discourse forum with SeaTicket. Once connected, SeaTicket automatically syncs topics, posts, and related metadata. It also uses AI to generate concise summaries for each topic. This makes it easier to manage your community, build a knowledge base, and analyze user feedback.
