To submit a support request:
  1. Click Submit Ticket in the left navigation menu.
  2. Fill in the required fields:
    • Title – Enter a brief title for the ticket.
    • Content – Describe the problem in detail. You can use the toolbar to format the ticket content.
    • Type – Select the appropriate ticket type (for example, Bug, Question, or Request), if available.
  3. Click Submit.
After submission, your ticket will appear in My Tickets with status Open. The internal support team will begin processing and following up on your ticket.
