Groups are shared workspaces in SeaTicket that allow teams to organize projects and collaborate together. Each group can contain multiple projects, and all members of a group have access to those projects. Groups are the foundation for team-based work in SeaTicket. Before creating shared projects, you need a group to contain them.

What groups give you

Within a group, you can:
  • Organize projects together — All projects inside a group are accessible to every group member, keeping teamwork in one place.
  • Control access through membership — Only users who are members of a group can see and work on its projects.
  • Assign roles — Group members can be assigned the Admin, Member, or Owner role, each with different levels of access and control.
